Northern Route Approval Act (H.R. 3) approves the Keystone pipeline, as well as the thousands of jobs that would result, and removes legal and regulatory obstacles that could delay its construction for years. (passed 241-175)

Offshore Energy & Jobs Act (H.R. 2231) opens the most resource-rich areas to new offshore energy production, and requires the Obama administration to move forward with lease sales that have been delayed or canceled, providing the energy needed to revitalize manufacturing, create jobs, and restore our nation of builders. (passed 235-186)

Protecting States’ Rights to Promote American Energy Security Act (H.R. 2728prevents the Obama administration from imposing costly, duplicative, and job-killing regulations on hydraulic fracturing, a type of energy production that is fueling economic growth and jobs in states that have effectively regulated it for years. (passed 235-187)

Natural Gas Pipeline Permitting Reform Act  (H.R. 1900)  expedites the development of critical infrastructure needed to accomodate increased natural gas production, and the thousands of jobs that come with it. (passed 252-165)

Federal Lands Jobs and Energy Security Act (H.R. 1965) boosts job creation by streamlining the permitting process and opening new areas to onshore energy production on federal land, where oil and natural gas production have plummeted under this administration. (passed 228-192)

Energy Consumers Relief Act (H.R. 1582) halts major new Obama administration regulations that will hurt jobs and our economy. (passed 232-181)

 

Hydropower & Rural Jobs Act (H.R. 678) reduces unnecessary and duplicative costs holding back hydropower development – a renewable energy source that will bring jobs and revenue to rural areas. (passed 416-7)

Hydropower Regulatory Efficiency Act (H.R. 267) expedites the development of hydropower and conduit projects, and requires the administration to study the feasibility of a streamlined permitting process.  (passed 422-0)

National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act (H.R. 761) streamlines the permitting process and reduces red tape to facilitate the development of strategic and critical minerals used to support American manufacturing jobs. (passed 246-178)

Coal Residuals Reuse and Management Act (H.R. 2218) prevents the administration from implementing new, one-size-fits-all coal ash regulations, and calls for a state-based approach that would protect the environment, the economy, and American jobs. (passed 265-155)

Bureau of Reclamation Conduit Hydropower Development Equity and Jobs Act (H.R. 1963) removes outdated statutes to facilitate the development of new hydropower project on federal land, helping to address energy costs for families and small businesses, and create jobs. (passed by voice vote)

Central Oregon Jobs and Water Security Act (H.R. 2640) provides access to water resources needed to attract investment and help create jobs, and increases hydropower production. (passed by voice vote)

Outer Continental Shelf Transboundary Hydrocarbon Agreements Authorization Act (H.R. 1613makes the development and production of oil and natural gas in the Gulf fairer for American companies. (passed 256-171

Responsibly & Professionally Invigorating Development (RAPID) Act (H.R. 2641) expedites the approval process for new energy projects that will help lower costs and create new jobs. (passed 229-179)

Electricity Security & Affordability Act (H.R. 3826)protects coal-fired power plants from excessive regulations that will force them to shut down, costing thousands of jobs and raising costs for millions of Americans. (passed 229-183)

Preventing Government Waste & Protecting Coal Mining Jobs in America Act (H.R. 2824prevents excessive, unnecessary regulations on coal-fired energy that will destroy jobs and drive costs up even further. (passed 229-192)

North American Energy Infrastructure Act (H.R. 3301) expedites the approval of critical energy infrastructure by modernizing the approval process for cross-border pipelines and eliminating the Presidential Permit requirement. (passed 238-173)

The Domestic Prosperity and Global Freedom Act (H.R. 6) expedites the approval of liquefied natural gas (LNG) export applications stalled at the Department of Energy. (passed 266-150)

Lowering Gasoline Prices to Fuel an America that Works Act (H.R. 4899) promotes more onshore and offshore energy production. (passed 229-185)

Repealing ObamaCare (H.R. 45) repeals and defunds the president’s health care law, which is hurting American families and making it harder for small businesses to hire. (passed 229-195)

Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act (H.R. 2009) prohibits the Internal Revenue Service from implementing the president’s health care law, which is hurting American families and making it harder for small businesses to hire. (passed 232-185)

Authority for Mandate Delay Act (H.R. 2267) Delays implementation of ObamaCare's employer mandate, which is forcing small businesses to cut hours and hold back hiring. (passed 264-161)

Save American Workers Act (H.R. 2575) repeals the 30-hour trigger for ObamaCare’s employer mandate tax, and restores the 40-hour work week to increase workers’ wages.  (passed 248-179)

Bipartisan Student Loan Certainty Act (H.R. 1911) takes the politics out of student loans by tying interest rates to the market, making paying for college and getting a good education easier for students and families, and fairer for taxpayers. (passed 392-31)

SKILLS Act (H.R. 803) eliminates and streamlines dozens of overlapping federal programs, and helps connect out-of-work Americans with the job training programs they need. (passed 215-202)

Student Success Act (H.R. 5) eliminates ineffective and duplicative federal programs, consolidates programs that have grown and multiplied over the past 10 years, protects local schools from overreach by Washington bureaucrats, and lets school districts identify, recruit and keep the best teachers possible. (passed 221-207)

Veterans Economic Opportunity Act (H.R. 2481) improves programs that promote economic opportunity and ensures our nation’s veterans have the tools and resources they need to find the jobs they deserve. (passed by voice vote)

Success and Opportunity through Quality Charter Schools Act (H.R. 10) strengthens and expands access to the successful Charter Schools Program to provide more students with the quality education they’ll need to fill the jobs and drive the innovations of the future. (passed 360-45)

Unfunded Mandates Information & Transparency Act (H.R. 899) increases transparency regarding the costs of undfunded federal mandates, and ensures that those affected, including small businesses, have the opportunity to weigh in on new rules. (passed 234-176)

Achieving Less Excess in Regulation & Requiring Transparency (ALERRT) Act (H.R. 2804) forces the Obama administration to account for the costs of its arbitrary, excessive regulations and prevents new rules from taking effect if it fails to do so; helps minimize the impact of new rules on small businesses; and curbs "sue and settle" litigation that allows federal agencies and interest groups to circumvent the regulatory process. (passed 236-179)

Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act (H.R. 367) reforms the outdated regulatory process that hurts private-sector job creation by requiring an up-or-down vote in Congress on any major new regulation with an economic cost of $100 million or more. (passed 232-183)

 

Stop Government Abuse Act (H.R. 2879) provides families and small business owners some of the tools they need to protect against government harassment, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses and putting more Americans back to work. (passed 239-176)

Working Families Flexibility Act (H.R. 1406) helps workers Americans better balance the demands of work and family by removing legal barriers preventing private-sector workers from having the same flexibility as public-sector workers. (passed 223-204)

Small Business Capital Access and Job Preservation Act (H.R. 1105) facilitates the growth of more Main Street jobs by reining in the excessive red tape that hurts small business investment. (passed 254-159)

Restoring Healthy Forests for Healthy Communities Act (H.R. 1526) manages federal forests for the benefit of rural schools and counties, improves forest health, and creates more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs. (passed 244-173)

Innovation Act (H.R. 3309) helps businesses better defend themselves against abusive patent litigation, promoting more private-sector growth, innovation, and job creation. (passed 325-91)

Hire More Heroes Act (H.R. 3474) makes it easier for small businesses to hire more of our nation's heroes by providing an exemption to ObamaCare's employer mandate for veterans with existing health coverage. (passed 406-1)

Path to Prosperity Budget (H. Con. Res. 96) helps delivers for hardworking taxpayers by cutting Washington spending, implementing pro-growth reforms that will boost job creation, and making tough choices to secure our future. (passed 219-205

Preserving Work Requirements for Welfare Programs Act (H.R. 890) prevents the Obama administration from undermining bipartisan reforms critical to slashing welfare rolls, boosting earnings, and helping millions of Americans out of poverty and into the workforce.  (passed 246-181)

Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (H.R. 2061) increases transparency by making federal spending data more open and accessible, facilitating efforts to cut spending and help create a better environment for job creation. (passed 388-1)

Water Resources Reform & Development Act (H.R. 3080) reforms the way our country builds and maintains ports vital to economic growth, cuts red tape, increases accountability, and protects taxpayers – all without earmarks. (passed 417-3)

Farm Bill (H.R. 2642) reforms agriculture programs to help boost the economy and strengthens the food stamp program for the neediest Americans. (passed 251-166)

Cybersecurity Information Sharing and Protection Act (H.R. 624) establishes a framework for companies and government to work together to stop cyber attacks that threaten our security, and our economy. (passed 288-127)

American Research and Competitiveness Act (H.R. 4438) simplifies and makes permanent the research & development tax credit, providing businesses large and small the certainty they need to invest and innovate, helping to create jobs and boost U.S. competitiveness.  (passed 274-131)

America's Small Business Tax Relief Act (H.R. 4457) – Permanently allows small businesses to immediately deduct the cost of purchasing new equipment and property. (Passed 272-144)

S Corporation Permanent Tax Relief Act (H.R. 4453) – Permanently allows proven job creators to access the capital they need to grow, compete nationally and globally. (Passed 263-155)

Making permanent bonus depreciation (H.R. 4718) – Permanently extends a tax incentive allowing companies to deduct half the cost of new business investments. (passed 258-160)

Permanent Internet Tax Freedom Act | H.R. 3086 | Permanently extends a ban on Internet access taxes to protect jobs. (passed by voice vote)
