House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement praising the bipartisan House passage of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
At a press conference with GOP leaders today, Speaker Boehner highlighted the House-passed plan to stop student loan rates from doubling on July 1st, and called on Senate Dems to act.
