At a Small Business Committee hearing yesterday, Ways & Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) explained what a fairer, simpler tax code would mean for small businesses (fewer costs and headaches) and workers (more jobs and higher wages):
“We're introducing a budget that balances in 10 years—without raising taxes,” wrote Chairman Paul Ryan in the Wall Street Journal.
Speaker Boehner unveiled a statement signed by 180 economists who agree our spending-driven deficits are hurting the economy.
