“We’ve always believed in this Conference to have the wisdom to listen with the courage to lead. A Better Way is just that. For the last number of months this entire Conference has been working hard to come together, find the legislation to put the plan out. A plan that will grow the economy. A plan that will reestablish American leadership in the world and increase the well-being of every single American. This is a better way.
“And as we go back to our districts in the next month, we not only will talk about it, we will show a better way for all Americans. An idea that you can grow an economy and growth will solve so many of our problems. But it doesn’t just reach a few, it will reach all—from poverty into the lowest realms of America.
“But as we look around the world and we see the destabilization of this world, we’ve always known that the world is safer when America is strong. So we will reestablish the strength of America.
“We will also show a better way when it comes to health care. For so long we’ve seen the challenges and the failures to Obamacare, but you wondered what direction in health care we could go next. The Better Way shows it and honors every single American’s opportunity to have a relationship with their doctor and not the government controlling their lives.”
