Yesterday, Speaker Ryan spoke to employees at a New Balance factory in Lawrence, Massachusetts to make the case for pro-growth tax reform. The facility is one of five New Balance operates in New England. In his remarks, he argued that permanent tax reform will help create jobs and grow our economy.
