The late Rev. Billy Graham will lie in honor in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda today. At 11:00 a.m. ET, his family, members of Congress, and the president and vice president will all gather for a service to pay their respects. Starting at 1:00 p.m. ET, the Rotunda will be opened to the public for a viewing line, forming in the Capitol Visitor Center.
