School is out for the summer, but the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP) continues to pass with flying colors.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT) today announced that an agreement had been reached with the Department of Education to ensure that the highly-successful D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP) is fully implemented in accordance with the law signed last year to renew and expand the program.

More than a year after President Obama signed into law legislation renewing and expanding the highly-successful D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP), his administration continues to block full implementation of the law and deny new students access to the program.
