WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, Speaker Johnson and U.K. Foreign Secretary David Cameron met in the U.S. Capitol.
The Speaker and Secretary Cameron discussed how the U.S. and the U.K. can continue their partnership as leaders of the free world as well as ongoing global challenges and threats including support for Israel, the threat of Iran, the war in Ukraine, and joint defense measures.
Speaker Johnson and Foreign Secretary Cameron look forward to working together to maintain the special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom.
