“Never Again” honors Days of Remembrance and recommits to the promise made decades ago

WASHINGTON — Today, Speaker Johnson released a video honoring Holocaust victims and survivors. On Tuesday, May 7, Speaker Johnson delivered remarks at the Holocaust Memorial Museum’s annual Days of Remembrance ceremony held in the U.S. Capitol.

“This is a time for all of us to come together. We must look to this audience, to the survivors of the Holocaust, to their descendants to help us remember and to bear witness,” said Speaker Johnson. “We kept our promise that we made decades ago: never again.”
