WASHINGTON — Tonight, Speaker Johnson swore in Representative Greg Lopez (R) after he was elected by the voters of Colorado’s 4th Congressional District to serve in the 118th Congress.
“The House Republican Conference is grateful to the voters of Colorado’s 4th district for sending Greg Lopez to Congress,” said Speaker Johnson. “Greg’s service in the miliary, tenure in the Small Business Administration, and leadership as Mayor of the town of Parker have served the people of Colorado well. We know he will continue to serve with integrity and dedication in the 118th Congress, and House Republicans are eager to begin working with him.”
Rep. Lopez has been a community leader for decades. He is a first-generation high school and college graduate. His election to Congress brings the number of House Republicans to 220.
